This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect from you when you visit our site and/or platform and/or use our services thereon (together, the “Services”).
- “You” means an individual using the Services.
- “Personal data” means any information that refers, relates to, or is associated with an identified or identifiable individual, or as otherwise may be defined by applicable law.
We are:
- Database controllers of the data collected on our website
- Processors of the data of our Customers’ personnel
Please note:
- If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a Customer, that Customer will have access to your personal data.
- You have no legal obligation to provide us with any personal data, but if you don’t, we may not be able to provide some or all Services.
- If you are subject to the laws of Israel, your personal data is provided with your consent under applicable law.
Personal Data We Collect
1. Communications
When you send us a message (e.g., through our contact form, email, signup forms, or otherwise), we collect:
- Name
- Company
- Content of your message
2. Cloud Environment Configuration
- During onboarding, Customers may authorize access to specific cloud APIs.
- We collect metadata, configurations, and settings (not the actual data stored in your cloud).
- If support is requested, we may access additional portions of systems as required.
3. User and Access Metadata
We may analyze:
- User roles
- Access permissions
- Associated email addresses
- Ownership tags
- Stakeholder information and account configurations
4. Activity and System Data (including Cookies)
We may automatically collect:
- Device/OS details
- IP address, device ID
- Browsing and usage history
We also use third-party analytics tools (including FullStory, which provides session replay).
- FullStory may track clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, and navigation.
- We do not use FullStory to record sensitive data (like passwords or payment details).

5. Geo Location
We may process your device’s location, subject to consent as required by law.
6. Social Media
If you interact with us on social media (e.g., LinkedIn):

- We use AI tools to enhance services but do not train AI models on Customer data.
- AI may be used to:

- Enrich user information (job function, expertise, etc.)
- Support Customer success systems
- Strict data protection controls:
- AI providers must guarantee data isolation
- No use of customer data for model training
Statistical Information & Analytics
We may analyze usage trends and compile aggregate, de-identified statistics (e.g., cloud environment configurations).
Sharing of Personal Data
We may share personal data with:
- Access-Holders (e.g., R&D, Product teams)
- Affiliates (for business and service delivery)
- Service Providers/Subcontractors (for hosting, authentication, analytics, etc.)
- International Transfers (service providers abroad, subject to confidentiality)
- Business Transfers (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, liquidation)

If your data belongs to a Customer, you may need to request changes from them directly.

We keep personal data as long as needed for the purposes above.
- Longer retention may apply for legal, tax, regulatory, or litigation reasons.
Third-Party Applications & Services
Your use of third-party apps/services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Communications
We may send service-related messages without opt-out. Contact the Customer if you want to stop receiving them.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If aware, please contact us immediately.
Changes to Privacy Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our site or by email.
